- Log in to your account and navigate to your Billing Settings page.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your selection and save your changes.
Why don't I see the option to cancel?
- If you are on a free plan, you are not being charged and do not need to cancel a subscription. You may choose to delete your account instead.
- If you have already turned off auto-renewal for your free trial or subscription, your plan will automatically end at the end of your current billing cycle.
How do I cancel my membership if I subscribed via Apple or Google Play?
If you purchased your subscription through Apple or Google Play, YogaWorks and Vimeo do not have access to your billing information and cannot process cancellations or refunds.
Please manage your subscription directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date, which can be found in your Billing Settings.
If you cancel before your renewal date, you will not be charged for the next billing period.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
Refunds are not automatically issued when a subscription is canceled. However, you may be eligible for a refund in certain circumstances. Please review Vimeo’s refund eligibility guidelines and request process for more information.
